Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Timeframes

Once your order has been processed and shipped, please allow 7–10 business days for delivery.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control, including:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • High shipping volumes
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

OLD SCHOOL OUTDOORS L.L.C. is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

OLD SCHOOL OUTDOORS L.L.C. is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.
