Return Policy

OLD SCHOOL OUTDOORS L.L.C. wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer store credit for eligible returns.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be returned within 30 days of the original order date.
• Be in new, unused condition.
• Show no signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, odors, or alterations.
• Include all original tags and packaging, if applicable.

All returned merchandise will be inspected upon receipt. Items that do not meet these requirements may be denied and returned to the customer.

Store Credit

Eligible returns will receive store credit only. No refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Store credit will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Final sale items
• Gift cards
• Items marked as non-returnable
• Merchandise showing signs of wear, use, washing, or damage

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as OLD SCHOOL OUTDOORS L.L.C. is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
